My boss, Mr Daryll O'Dwyer aka DOD is sitting at my side now and i am soooo sian. Think the reason is to an eye on my side! haha.. of coz when your boss not around , you have fun right. We had fun. Especially Mark Hinkley. My next-door-neighbour.haha
There goes all of it now. Sigh.

Anyway, gym was good yesterday. Learnt a couple of proper weight techniques. I shall introduce them to Cas later on tonight. We are going to workout later on this evening. And that better be the case. "Cas! Dont back out!"
