I feel a lot better now after two workouts! Though I was left breathless after 6 laps, it did me good.. *smiles*
I need to get back in shape and lose those fats. Need to have that stamina and strength for Melaka. Ooohh.. I can't hardly wait!
And yes.. Tv's always good anytime, rather. Pfft! Oh .. stop it you! Haha.
