DAY 11

Yes we're on day 11 of our diet.

Its been a stretch of home-cooked meals. And we're enjoying it.
With more Yoga classes in hand and hopefully I can start running more.

BURN FATS BURN!

Oh! I'm doing a 10 km run with my sister next month! So even more so the reason to run more and keep building that stamina. 39 days to go.. Crap.
