This is quite scary. And irritating.
My knees hurt and this is not a good news.
Considering I need to run every alternate days for the 10km run next Sunday.
Maybe I should give it a rest and do light workout instead.
Just like how the hubby suggested.
Maybe swim!
Great news came in yesterday, The hubby lost 10% of body fat!

Me? I dont know yet. Not much I think. Haha.
Considering I still have my sinful bowls of noodles, now and then.
