it hasn't been restful nights these past weeks. my body or rather my neck and back feels so so tight.
even right now, at this desk, i am feeling very uncomfortable. couldnt find the right position to sleep. feeling comfortable sleeping without a pillow but finds myself sleeping on one in the morning.
frustrated because i cant carry out any exercises without risking another injury.
sucky..
i really hope to lose at least 2 kg before the trip! and its so depressing this way
