We did it!
even though its only 10km to some of you.
But hell yeah, we did it!
Though the knees were very much in pain a few hours after.
Its alot better now after the icing and long 12 hr sleep. Hee
So the girls are more interested in taking part in more races now. Which is not really a race really. Czo we really took our time running. The goal was to finish, non-stop.
And we did, though i STOPPED for ten sec as my chest was hurting.
Told the hubby and he said its "THE WALL"
So anyway, it felt good and we slacked for most part of Sunday!
Good to able to complete a race with my sis and friends.
Esp my sister as I think its important for family to stay close.
We went for a ten min free massage after and took the bus to Granny's.
Talked much about the race and planned to do more.

That aside, I caved in at lunch time and ate a whole plate of chicken briyani! Feeling so horrible right now. Damn..
But, I'll start on the diet again .. Or rather continue working out more.
So for any of you out there who hasn't been in your running shoes for long, Put them on and just hit the road!
The endorphin released after , I promise you is Fantastic. Of course the pain and sore after will be too.
Haha.
Never give up on yourself. Train hard and do it!
Like they say, whether its 10km or even 1km, you'll never regret lacing those running shoes and going outside.
